"The Body Fat Solution" plan

I'm a prodigious reader.  I know about eating right and exercising.  I'm also a dedicated seeker of understanding myself and personal growth.  But I still need some help in bringing it all together for physical transformation.

I'm using "The Body Fat Solution" by Tom Venuto.  I came across Tom and his books more than a few years ago.  And in all the reading I've done since, his approach still makes the most sense to me.  Of course he has the eating and exercise parts but what I really like is his focus on goals, beliefs, motivation and retraining the brain.

I'll also be incorporating other parts of my learning and beliefs, including supplements, alternative therapies and making gradual, sustainable changes.  In addition, I'll leverage my village for support and direction.  Because really this is bigger than just physical (isn't everything?)...I'll need all the support I can get spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically.
